How to make easy stress balls

Gather supplies and cut the top off of the water bottle

Inflate the balloon and then let all of the air out

Put the opening of the balloon onto the water bottle opening

Get some flour

Put it in the funnel thingy

Push the flour into the balloon

Add more flour until they are full

Then tie them shut

Wipe the flour off the outside of the balloon

Ta Da!!!
