1. In . Bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
Rub in butter until mixture turns into a breadcrum mixture.
Combine potatoes, milk and egg
Stir into the crum mixture until a soft dough forms.
Turn onto a floured surface, knead gently to 10 to 12 minutes until no longer sticky.
Gently pat or roll dough into a 23cm circle about 2cm thick.
Cut into 10-12 wedges and place on an ungreased baking tray. Bake at 200c/gas6 for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown
