Whisk flour and salt in a medium bowl.
I like to cube the butter (chilled) first.
Then add butter and flour to a food processor, and blend until it resembles course crumbs.
Meanwhile make ice water. I hope directions for this aren't needed :)
Slowly add the ice water until it resembles a dough and sticks together, but isn't too wet.
Form dough into a ball and place in refrigerator. Chill for at least 30 minutes, maybe while you're making your pie filling!
