Ingredients! I like to cut the marshmallows so that they melt faster. Combine sugar, butter and cream in a pot. Heat it on a medium heat until glossy Turn the heat off and add marshmallows and white chocolate and stir until it is all combined. Divide the mixture into 3 bowls and dye each one a different colour with food colouring. Spread the first mixture onto a baking dish lined with tin foil and sprayed with non stick spray. Add the next layer of mixture and spread it on the first. Be careful not to combine the colours to much. Add the last layer of mixture on and sprinkles... lots of sprinkles. After the mixture has cooled down, leave it in the fridge to set. Peel foil off the fudge. Be careful with it because it is still quite soft. Cut into pieces.
