Pre heat oven to 180°C.
Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Then, add eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and almond extract.
Mix it all together until smooth.
Pour the mixture into cupcake cups or tin molds. Sprinkle with chocolates, peanuts or whatever you prefer.
Bake for 15 mins in 180°C or until mixture no longer sticks to the toothpick.
Let it cool and serve.
- 1.5c all-purpose flour
- 0.75c sugar
- 2.0tsp baking powder
- 0.25tsp salt
- 2.0 eggs
- 0.5c evaporated milk
- 0.5tsp almond extract
- 0.5c palm oil or vegetable oil
