Dice your pepper, I'd say for two people you only need a half of a pepper. Again you can use whatever one you choose, green, red, or orange.

Cook your meat in a large frying pan, then add your veggies, it may seem like a lot of food but it will cook down.

Saut\u00e9 until the veggies are all wilted, then add half a cup of your bugogi marinade sauce, keep heat on and stir to mix everything. You can try different sauces, for example hoisin sauce.

For your wraps, again whatever you like. We use iceberg because I like a crunchy texture. You can use romaine heads as well.

Cut an iceberg lettuce head in half and then pull apart, makes it easier to use as wraps.

Serve with rice. To make the wrap: put a small amount of rice on a piece of lettuce then put meat and veg mix on top. Consume in one bite. Delicious!

EXTRA: Additionally here's another way to do it. You can use chicken breasts cut up into small pieces. These are a bit big, should be a little smaller. Saut\u00e9 in olive oil, salt and pepper
