Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place hamburger meat in large mixing bowl.
Add half roll of sausage (remove wrapping first!)
Add green pepper.
Break bread slices into small pieces and add to bowl.
Mix with hands.
Add tomato juice. (I used a full mini can which was 5.5 oz.)
Mix again and shape into a roll.
Place roll into a loaf pan and pat down.
Bake for 45 minutes. If you prefer meatloaf more well done, cover with foil after 45 minutes and continue baking, checking every 10 minutes.
Remove from pan to a serving plate and coat with ketchup. Serve and enjoy!

- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1/3c Carrots, diced
- 1.0 Green pepper, diced
- 1/2 Can tomato juice (4-6 oz)
- 3.0 Slices of bread
