Pick two regular potatoes.

Use fork to make some holes on the surface to make sure the steam can come out.

You can make several holes, just on the top surface is ok.

Put them in the microwave for about 2 minutes ( one more minute if you picked bigger potatoes).

The potatoes should be hot and soft when you take them out from the microwave.

Cut them in quarters.

Put butter, black pepper and salt for seasoning. You can put pretty much whatever you want according to your own taste!

Put in oven and bake in high heat for 15 minutes.

Till the edges and skin turn to golden and crispy.

Serve with whole wheat toast and scrambled eggs!
