Beat eggs with or without milk and salt and pepper.
Chop all the ingredients that you love!!
Ladle into muffin pan, pre-sprayed.
Bake at preheated oven at 375 for about 1/2 hour.
Cool completely before storing them in a ziplock bag. Just pull out 2 or 3 for a low calorie, high protein breakfast or snack. Microwave for 30 seconds.
