How to make easy healthy breakfast & snack dishes
Sometimes we overthink how easy and simple eating healthy can be. Starting your day off with a healthy meal can set the tone for your Whole day. Here are a few examples of easy healthy meals!

I always start out my day with an egg white included in my breakfast...sometimes I leave the yolk. Crack in a skillet, add veggies, and cover with lid on low heat.
Here I added broccoli, tomato, and cilantro to my egg whites over a slice of toast and watercress. I season lastly with salt, pepper, and olive oil
Sometimes the slice alone fills me up, but if not I usually add fruit, more veggies, or apples with peanut butter
A quick snack in between meals
Make a platter for you and others to snack on. Kale chips are a great salty alternative for potato chip. Cut, wash, and dry kale. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle olive oil. Bake for 10 min on 300°
Steamed veggies, instant mashed potatoes, and baked turkey breast
That's Hershey in the background! Here I made a watermelon salad with pickles (my favorite food ever!), dried mint, cilantro, and cucumber. Lime and salt put the last touches on this dish!
