Empty the beans into a crock pot.
Cube the Velveeta. It comes in flavors now, so for this batch I used Queso Blanco.
Add Velveeta to the crock pot.
Dump the salsa in. I prefer chunky salsa. If you use a more liquid one, use less - you don't want your dip to be soupy! Give it a stir & cook on low for appx 30 mins, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm, with tortilla chips. Be prepared for it to disappear quickly! It's addicting. Enjoy!
- 2.0 28 oz cans refried beans
- 1.0lb Block of your favorite Velveeta
- 1.0 24 oz jar of your favorite salsa
- Jalapeños (optional)
