How to make easy, fast disappearing dip

This dip goes together in minutes and is DELICIOUS! It's not what you'd call healthy ... But if you're eating chips & dip, it's probably your cheat day anyway. Bon appetit!

Cube the Velveeta. It comes in flavors now, so for this batch I used Queso Blanco.

Dump the salsa in. I prefer chunky salsa. If you use a more liquid one, use less - you don't want your dip to be soupy! Give it a stir & cook on low for appx 30 mins, stirring occasionally.

Serve warm, with tortilla chips. Be prepared for it to disappear quickly! It's addicting. Enjoy!
