To speed the roasting I microwave the potatoes for 10 minutes then mix and microwave for another 5 minutes

Then I transfer the potatoes to the baking dish. Season with salt, garlic powder and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well and place in oven on 450F for 15 min (I have turbo oven check the doneness)
