Make Easy Dinners: Stuffed Lavash & Smashed Potato

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
I grow my own potatoes and the taste is so different from those you buy from market shelfs
Wash the potatoes and boil till done
Arrange cooked potatoes on a baking sheet and let it dry a bit
Then smash the potatoes. Do not over smash them cause you will end up with mashed potatoes instead 😉
Sprinkle salt and pepper, brush with melted butter and bake on 450F for about 10 minutes or so. I also sprinkled with dill
And it's done
For the lavash fry sliced mushrooms
On a separate skillet fry ground beef for stirring constantly
Stir in 3 tablespoons tablespoons of tomato paste and keep cooking. Season with onion powder, salt and pepper
Take two lavash breads
Arrange the mushroom on top
Place the beef closer to one side of bread. This way will be easier to roll
Roll
Place on a baking dish. Brush with butter or olive oil and bake on 450F for 10 minutes. Watch out for it not to burn
Transfer to a serving dish and slice
