I didn't specify a quantity of supplies. You just use what's enough for you. I made these for a potluck but you can just as easily make enough for two people.

Toss yolks, bacon bits, and sandwich spread into a ziplock bag. Any ready made mayo-based spread should work. I used Heinz.

If necessary, add a little milk, mayo or olive/grapeseed oil to moisten the mix so it's easier to pipe.

Done! Serve with a sprinkle of paprika or topping of your choice. These can be made a few hours ahead and refrigerated until its time to eat.
