INGREDIENTS
Cut around Avocado seed. Hold both sides with hands and twist to separate.
With force hit seed with knife and twist to remove seed. BE CAREFUL!
Spoon out contents into bowl.
Mash up into desire consistency. (I only used 1 avocado)
Finely chop tomato. (This is half of a vine tomato. Add as much as desired.)
Finely chop onion. (This is one slice of a red onion. Add as much as desired.)
Finely chop cilantro. (This is handful of cilantro. Add as much as desired.)
Add onion, tomato, and cilantro. Stir together.
Add a few shakes of salt and pepper. Taste and then decide if you need more. REMEMBER you can always add more so don't over season right off the bat.
Roll lime on counter to juice. Cut in half and squeeze a little and taste until desired taste. Same with the salt and pepper don't over lime, add a little at a time and taste.
