Go ahead and brown the meat in a frying pan.

After draining the meat, put the meat in the crockpot along with the cheese and salsa.

This is everything together in the crockpot. (i like to break my cheese up so it will melt faster)

Mix everything together and you can set your crock pot to high or low which ever you want.

Just leave in crockpot til all cheese has melted. Stir every once in awhile so dip doesn't stick.
