How to make easy confetti pancakes

Gather your ingredients. These are super easy and quick to make with store bought batter!

Heat your non-stick pan between medium and medium-low. (You can use butter if you'd like, although it's more for flavour than anything else)

In the mean time, while your pan heats, mix your batter as directed by the instructions.

When both are ready, pour the batter into the pan, just like a regular pancake.

When it starts getting air bubbles, you know it's time to add the sprinkles.

Add sprinkles to the uncooked side of the pancake.

Flip! Give it another minute or so to cook through.

The finished and super fun confetti side.

Plate and add some maple syrup if you'd like.
