How to make easy chocolate ganache

Gather ingredients (pls note that if you use the chocolate chips I'm using, its gonna taste really really bittersweet so I suggest using just semisweet or milk chocolate chips) ;)

Chop the chocolate chips

Turn on gas range to medium heat

Pour cream and let it boil

Be watchful; as soon as the cream boils, put in the chocolate chips

Stir in chocolate until smooth. You can add dark rum if you want!

Use it to glaze on your favorite cupcake or as a filling. :)
