Add Cauliflower pieces into a blender or food processor. www.foodbox.tv
Add about a half cup of water to your blender. You wanna start with only a little to begin with. www.foodbox.tv

Add 1-2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter. www.foodbox.tv

Season with salt & black pepper. www.foodbox.tv
Purée your Cauliflower. You don't want the purée to thick. Add more water if necessary. www.foodbox.tv

Remember: If the purée is to thick, add water. If it is to thin, add more cauliflower. You want it at a smooth, silky, and runny texture. www.foodbox.tv
You may pour it into a bowl. www.foodbox.tv
You can add roasted vegetables to this dish and also meat if you like! www.foodbox.tv
