Mix flour and salt. Set aside.

Next, dissolve sugar in lukewarm water. Then sprinkle yeast on top. Do not stir.

When the yeast is foamy like this ^^ You can gently stir it then add it to your bowl of flour and salt.

Mix together with wooden spoon. Dough will be very sticky. When it looks like this it is ready to start rising. I was lazy so I didn't put the dough in a new bowl but either way works

Let dough rise for at least 1 hour in a warm place. I like to preheat my oven at 300 for just 1 minute. Turn it off then place the dough inside with a damp towel on top.

Dough should be doubled in size after an hour sitting.

Before handling the dough, find two oven safe bowls. For a disc shape I use a Pyrex bowl.

Grease the bowls with a generous amount of butter, oil, spray or whatever you prefer. Set aside.

This part can be tricky.  Take two forks and divide dough in half. Punch the dough down as best you can then put one half in each prepared bowl.

After dough has risen again, Bake at 425 for 10 minutes then at 375 for 22-25 more minutes.

They should be a nice golden brown color. If you greased the bowls enough they should come right out. Let sit for at least 10 mins.
