Activate yeast in milk

Pour dry ingredients and mix well

Batter should be a bit watery not doughy.

Cover with plastic wrap for at least an hour in warm place.

Prepare a colander and ice cream scoop for frying

Heat oil in a pot

Scoop batter and put into the oil careful not to overcrowd the pot as they do rise in the oil

Fry till golden brown

Remove excess oil with paper towels

Enjoy :-)
