Preheat oven to 220°C. Place pastry on an oiled oven tray. Fold edges of pastry over to make a border all the way around pastry. Prick pastry base with fork. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, place butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small pot and stir over low heat until smooth.
Mix in the sliced bananas.
Top tart with banana mixture. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until bananas are slightly caramelised.
Allow tart to cool for 20 minutes before cutting it. You can serve the tart on it's own or top it with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. Enjoy this sweet treat!

- 3.0 Medium bananas, sliced thinly
- 20.0g Butter
- 2.0Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1.0tsp Ground Cinnamon
