Add the yeast to the warm water and mix well.
Add in flour, salt, butter and condensed milk to yeast mixture.
Using hands, mix well.
Until it becomes a soft dough ball.
Spread it with hands (or using a rolling pin) to an inch thickness.
Using a doughnut cutter, pressed it on the dough.
Placed cut out doughnuts on floured surface.
Fry the doughnuts in hot oil. Making sure you don't over fry or burn them! They cook pretty quick.
Fry till it's golden yellow.
Dip the fried doughnuts into icing sugar and voila!

- 0.0c Warm water
- 11.0g Instant dry yeast
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 85.0g Butter at room temperature
- 3.0Tbsp Condensed milk
- 0.0c Icing sugar for dipping the doughnuts
