Gather your chilled butter, mine needed a bit of an ice bath... It got too hot. :)

Gather your flour in a large bowl, I used my new 6 qt kitchen aid bowl. In case any one was wondering. ;)

Dump in cold butter and beat with a whisk for a few seconds to combine. Then get your hands in there! Slowly add the water until it forms a workable dough.

Securely wrap it like a burrito in parchment paper, or Saran wrap! Throw it in the fridge for 40 minutes - an hour, and then it's ready to go!
