Melt butter in 13x9 inch pan, in a 425 degrees Fahrenheit oven.
Crack eggs into a bowl, this is only 8, I know but I made 2 batches, and the second batch had 9, it worked way better!(:
Add 2 cups milk!
Whisk in flour and vanilla! Beat until free of lumps!
Pour dutch baby batter in prepared pan, and bake for 15-18 minutes! Until puffed and golden!
The crust is the best!
Slice fresh lemon, and get the powdered sugar ready!
