Fold 6 inches of tape back onto itself so you have a non-sticky piece of duct tape. Sketch a feather shape and cut out. For texture, cut slits and ruffle.

Grab your wire and cut 3" to wrap the stem of your feather using your pliers. Leave a small loop to attach your earring hook.
