Start with duck leg and thighs
Rub with salt, pepper and parsley, then place in refrigerator for 24 hours
After 24 hours, rinse off your duck legs and place in a casserole dish
Add duck fat!!! Enough to cover the legs
May take a lot of duck fat but it has to cover when melted
Should look like this in duck fat! Now put in oven at 225 degrees for 8 hours.
Meat should fall off the bone! Now shred and drizzle some melted fat over and enjoy!!
