Delicious head of cauliflower.
Chop and put into pot.
Add chopped onion. I'm lazy so I buy mine pre-cut.
Add garlic. I added pre-roasted, again, because I'm lazy. You can add regular garlic or leave it out entirely.
Add your wine. I'm using a pink wine but you can really use any kind.
Cover half way with water and bring to a boil. Once it boils cover and bring to a low simmer until the cauliflower is fork tender.
- 1.0 Head of cauliflower
- 1.0pch Salt
- 5.0 Cloves of garlic
- 2.0Tbsp Diced onion
- 2.0c Red or pink wine
