STEPS
INGREDIENTS

Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Pour flour, baking powder, and salt into food processor. If you don't own a food processor, a pastry blender will work well too.

Slice COLD butter into cubes and add to the food processor. Pulse until butter is combined and some dough resembles "peas."

While pulsing, slowly drizzle buttermilk into food processor. (Note: if you don't have buttermilk, add 1-2 tbl vinegar to 1.25 cups milk.)

When the right amount of liquid has been used, dough will take shape, form a ball and move to one side of food processor.

Using spoons or your hands break large ball of dough into smaller pieces and "drop" onto cookie sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes until tops are slightly golden brown.

Ta da!

Butter and jam make this biscuits little drops of heaven. Enjoy!
