How to make dream catcher nails

First a turquoise base (1 coat of Avon: Serene)

Take a black polish (SinfulColors: Black on Black)

and paint a half circle from your cuticles with a striper/toothpick/dotting tool

then put triangles from the middle of the the circle

and fill it in

then do assorted lengths of lines coming down from the circle

take a white polish (SinfulColors: Snow Me White)

and a dotting tool (by Essence: $2.99)

and put white dots as beads inside the strings

take a pink and a dotting tool

and put pink beads on the assorted lines

add a top coat and your done!
