Apply a clear coat

Wait a few minutes for the clear coat to fully dry

Apply tape to the upper half of your nail

Apply the first color of your choice (its fine if you get polish on the tape)

Remove the tape

Apply the second color where the tape was removed from

Wait a few minutes for the polish to completely dry

Apply a clear coat... and now you have a cute design!
