How to make double chocolate chip pudding cookies
A vanilla pudding cookie with white AND milk chocolate! You usually think cookies are best when warm, but trust me! These are to die for after they have cooled! Enjoy with a nice glass of milk!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Soften butter, then cream together with sugar and brown sugar
Stir in pudding mix and vanilla, then beat in eggs one at a time.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder together.
Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture, then stir in chocolate chips! (You can substitute the white chocolate for more milk chocolate, they taste good either way!)
Place on your baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes, checking them every 4 minutes.
And here's the finished project!
I got about 60 cookies out of the entire recipe, so cut it in half if you want 30!
