Start with a plain wine glass. Or really any glass.
Get acrylic paint! We used Martha Stewart's craft paint, higher quality I think.
Using a very small paint brush, paint small dots sporadically. More concentrated at the top
Add in your second color
Add a third and maybe even a fourth!
Done! Let set / dry for a couple days or bake the glasses in the oven. In the future hand wash these after use!
