Name: How to make donut muffins
Ingredients: 187g all purpose flour; 1/8 tsp baking soda; 1 1/4 tsp baking powder; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract; 110g fresh milk; 1 tbsp plain low fat yoghurt; 60g unsalted butter; 60g fine sugar; 1 large egg; 100g unsalted butter; melted; 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 180c. Cream butter for about 3 min on medium speed
Add sugar
Add egg and beat until combined
Add 1/3 of flour. Then 1/3 milk-yogurt mixture
Alternate between dry and wet ingredients until well mixed
Scoop into mini muffin trays
Bake for about 20 mins at 180c until the top is firm and brown. Leave it to cool
Melt the butter. Coat each muffin with butter
Followed by the sugar-cinnamon mixture
Viola!!! Mini donut muffin!!
