Name: How to make doctored cupcake/cake mix
Ingredients: 1.0 Box chocolate cake mix; 1.0 5.9 oz chocolate pudding box; 1.0c Sour cream; 1.0c Butter; 2.0tsp Vanilla extract; 4.0 Eggs lightly beaten; 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon granulate coffee

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Whisk eggs....
In a cup pour 1/2 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of coffee..... Until coffee has dissolved.
Soften 1 cup of butter (2 sticks)
Add cake mix...
Add pudding mix....
Add eggs....
Add butter....
Add coffee....
Add vanilla.....
Add sour cream.....
Mix for 2 minutes....
Batter will be a little thick......
Preheat oven to 300  Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners
Place about 1/4 cup of batter in each liner
Batter will be thick!!!!
....bake for aprox. 25-30 minutes
Yum!!! Taste great!
