TO MAKE...

Fill your chosen container with 1/3 part of Olive Oil. The Oil will not clog pores so you do not need to worry about break outs.

Then add 2/3 part of Water.

Then add 2/3 part of Water.

Always remember to put in more Water than Oil in the ratio of 2:1.

Because Water is denser than Oil it will sink to the bottom and the Oil will rise.

Shake bottle well to mix the ingredients together. Note that you will have to do this every time you apply.

TO APPLY...

You will need Make-Up removing cotton pads.
