Put salmon fillet and baby portabella mushrooms in baking pan and top fillet with a few pats of butter, some diced garlic, dried dill seed or fresh dill.
Then give mushrooms and fish a sprinkle of Montreal steak seasoning and some fresh ground sea salt, and a few springs of fresh parsley.
Cover pan with foil and place in oven pre-heated to 375 for 15 to 20 minutes depending on fish thickness. Serve on a bed of jasmine rice with some fresh greens.
