Find menu plans, mine are from a magazine

I copied mine to keep original magazine whole

Cut each meal out

Write the calorie amount on the reverse of each meal

Not easy to see but am putting the meal strips into a laminating pouch

Space well for easy cutting


This helps to keep them nice and easy to use

I have covered a lot of different meal ideas so I have a good range of foods

Cut again

I have sorted mine in to piles

Then make a chart for the week and using blu tac choose which meal you want. This helps to plan your week and keep on track. Also helps to make a shopping list.
