INGREDIENTS
Pre-oven to 350° Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, shortening, milk and vanilla mix about two minutes
Scrape bowl and add the egg whites along with the eggs. Mix at high speed until smooth and fluffy about two minutes
Spray 13 x 9" pan with Pillsberry baking spray with flour. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes - or until toothpick comes out clean
Allow cake to cool completely -
Combine softened butter and vanilla mix until fluffy
Combined powdered sugar 1 cup at a time scraping down bowl in between each addition
Cut cake into Squares to make food processing easier
Put cake squares into food processor
Cake should be in crumbs - put a little in the time until complete
This is what the cake should look like at the end
Combine frosting and cake a little at a time
There maybe some frosting left over
After all the cake and frosting is mixed this is what the mixture should look like
Form the mixture into small balls
Melt the chocolate using the instructions on the back of the melting chocolate
Dip each stick into the melted chocolate
Put the sticks into the balls and allow 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator to set
Melt more chocolate to spoon onto cakepop
Melted chocolate should be smooth
After chocolate is spooned onto cakepop
Put melting chocolate of your color and flavor choice into decorating bags
Design
I put them in individual bags
And tie with ribbon

- Frosting
- 3/4c Butter
- 1.0tsp Vanilla
- 3.0c Powdered sugar
- 4.0 Bags candy melts
