How to make delicious stuffed bell peppers

I love this dish. It's fairly simple to make and gets better every day that it sits in the fridge. A real crowd pleaser.

Start by preparing the rice. Cook it half way trough,it will keep cooking later in the peppers

I use a cast iron pot because they keep the heat better, but you can use a regular one

Stir in the meat. Add a hand full of chopped cilantro, I forgot!

Don't by shy with the salt. The mix needs quite a lot.
