First gather all your ingredients and kitchen tools.
Plug in the Thermo Mix and turn it on.
Press the measure button and pour in the 150g of sugar. Close the lid making sure you hear a beep.
Turn the TM up to speed 9 for 10 seconds.
Add 350g of ice followed by 200-300g of frozen raspberrys or fruit of your choice. Slowly turn the dial to speed 10 for 20 secs.
Use the spatula to assist the incorporation of the ingredients.
It should be light and fluffy.
This is what the finished product should look like enjoy!
Put the rest of the sorbet into an ice cream container or a regular container and put it in the freezer so it doesn't melt. Feel free to lick the Thermo Mix afterwards.
