(This is a Kitchen Aid mixer.)

Stir flour and salt in a medium bowl set it to the side, you need it later.

Add 1 cup sugar to mixer bowl & along with unsalted butter at level 2-4. 2 speed, then proceed to level 4 till batter is fluffy.

Scrap sides of your bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon almond extract.

Add egg. Beat at about a level 4 speed for 30 seconds.

When done mixture should be creamy.

When done adding flour mixture texture should be more stiff.

Divide ball into 10 sections.

Combine 4 sections and die red. Next combine 3 sections to die green. Combine 2 to die yellow. For the last section dye blue.

Roll Blue Dough into a 8in long log.

Roll out yellow dough to 8x3 inches.

Roll out green dough to 8x5 inches.

Roll out red dough to 8x7 inches.

Wrap yellow dough around blue dough, wrap green dough around yellow dough and red dough around green dough. When your done wrapping the doughs it should look like a thick hot dog.

Get a CLEAN ruler and cut 1/4 inch cookies.

Cut 1/4 inch cookies.

Bake 8-12 minutes.

When baked they should not be that soft or fluffy. They are best when they come right from oven, and are soaked in milk. Hope you Enjoy!!!
- 1/4c cups all-purpose flour
- 1.0tsp vanilla extract
- 1.0tsp almond extract
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1.0c granulated sugar
- 3/4c unsalted butter
- 1.0 large egg
- 1.0 Kitchen Aid Mixer or a large bowl, to mix it all.
- 1.0 Medium bowl for dry ingredients
- 1.0 A cereal bowl, to crack your egg
- 1 cup, dry measuring cup (use as many as you want)
- 1/4 teaspoon measurer (use as many as you want)
- 1 teaspoon measurer (use as many as you want)
