Add enough water to coat the bottom of the pan with 2 dogs in it and bring to a boil.
While the dogs are steaming, place the sauerkraut in a microwaveable bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Set the time for 3 minutes at 30% power. More time less power = throughly heated food!
Remove your dogs from the pan and butterfly.
Irish butter tastes super delicious!
Melt a small pat of butter in the pan the. Add your dogs!
Cook til Brown on one side...
While your dogs are browning lightly dampen a paper towel.
Prep your buns.
Open them slightly, face them with the opening downward then gently lay the dampened paper towel over them in the Microwave.
Flip your dogs then get back to your buns.
Steam buns at 40% for 40 seconds.
Place dogs on buns.
Add copious amounts of Sauerkraut.
Add Mustard ONLY! And enjoy!!!
