All my ingredients were bought at costco and except for the slivered almonds, all organic and non-GMO.  This is the most budget-conscious method I've found.

Measure indicated amounts of each ingredient and pour into a large glass container.  I arrived at the ratios by multiplying one serving  amount by eight, so technically the cereal is eight servings.

Once you've added all ingredients, start shaking and rolling your jar or container to mix everything up. Enjoy with milk, coconut milk (my favorite) or on yogurt.

  • 2.0c Raisins
  • 2.0c Slivered almonds
  • 8.0Tbsp Chia seeds (110ml=8tbls)
  • 2.0c Sunflower seeds
  • 24.0Tbsp Hemp seeds (360ml=24tbls)
  • 16.0Tbsp Ground flax (240ml=16tbls)
