These are all the supplies
Measure out your flour,butter, and salt
Mix The salt,butter,and flour into a bowl and mix.
it should look something like this, then sprinkle your water until it starts to form into dough
combine everything with your hands until dough is formed(you need two balls of dough).
cover both dough separately in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
Take it out the Fridge and roll it out with a rolling pin, use flour so it doesn't stick.( do this for both)
put one in a round bowl for the shape.
In a bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon. Add butter and use a folding motion to combine mixture. which should look like this
put the mixture on top of your pie crust
add second pie crust on top
Fold the crust in nicely and make slits on top. (to let steam escape)
Apply egg wash
put it in the fridge for 30 mins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
bake the pie at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake 45 more minutes until pie filling is bubbling
let it cool down and your done
