Step 1: Gather Ingredients
Step 2: Sift SRF into a large bowl.
Step 3: Add 2 Tea Spoons of Brown Sugar.
Step 4: Add the husks to the bowl from previously when sifting the SRF.
Step 5: Add 1 cup of milk and half a cup of low fat milk to the bowl.
Step 6: Stir until ingredients are combined and lumps have disappeared.
Step 7: Add approximately 430g of Blackberries to the stirred mix.
Step 8: Stir once again but this time fold the berries into the mix.
Step 9: Let the mix sit for 15 minutes.
Step 11: Heat pan
Step 10: Spray pan with Canola Oil Spray.
Step 12: Pour a quarter of a cup of mixture into hot pan.
Step 13: Cook pancakes until bubbles appear. Then flip over using a spatula.
It should look golden like so...
Step 14: Use a spatula to flip the pancake onto a plate.
Step 15: Repeat steps 12 - 14 until all your mixture is gone.
Step 16: Serve your guests, family or friends and add spreads to give that extra taste. (If you want) For example, You could spread yogurt onto the pancake.
Or you could pour honey onto the pancake. It's up to you!!!
Step 17: Eat your pancakes and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!
Step 18: The pancakes were delicious... But for step 18, you unfortunately have to do the dishes and clean up! :( :( :(
