To make the chimichurri, chop the parsley very fine,then add the vinegar, and the olive oil, season it whit salt and pepper, the add some flavor whit some herbs, (oregano, cumin, thyme, rosemary)
Cut the potatoes as shown on the photo, and when they are cooked, top them whit cheese and let it melt back in the oven
For the glazed chicken, in the pan get, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and maple syrup, add the bacon and chicken, let cook till reduce and the chicken is cooked, top the potato whit the chicken,
Finally put the chimichurri on top
There you are, ready to eat, add some sour cream, and it's perfect....enjoy!!
