How to make delicious and easy shortbread cookies
This are very easy to make and a crowd pleaser believe me everyone will LOVE THEM

INGREDIENTS

Preheat your oven to 375F

Cut the butter in to chunks and let them get to room temperature

Add the water and vanilla extract to the mixer

Mix it with the butter just until combined

Mix all your dry ingredients in a bowl

And add them to the mixer

Mix until you get a sticky dough about a minute, scrape the bowl edges now an then

Grab the dough and place it in a film of plastic wrap

Shape it with your hands

And wrap it, twisting the edges and the less air bubbles the better ( tap double to see whole picture)
Place the dough in the fridge for at least 30 min, if you are not in a hurry leave it there for an hour because the cooler the dough is the easier is to slice

Grease you tray or use parchment paper

After the 30 minutes take it out and unwrap

Start slicing it about 1/3 of an inch ( tap double on the picture)
Don't worry if you can't cut them right, you can always just grab it and make the round form with your hands, or roll it out and use a cookie cutter

Place the cookies on your tray and bake for 12 to 14 min, as you can see mine are far from perfect, but don't worry no one will notice, cuz they'll be gone so fast :)

While they'r baking mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl so you can cover the cookies

As soon as they'r out of the oven cover them with the sugar mix one by one on both sides

And there you go, yummm!!
- 1.0c Butter (2 sticks)
- 2.0c Flour
- 1/2c Powdered sugar
- 1.0Tbsp Water
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 1.0Tbsp Vanilla extract
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
