Pour the condensed milk in a pan then when it bubbles add in the heavy cream and chocolate.

Pour the condensed milk in a pan then when it bubbles add in the heavy cream and chocolate.

Chill the mixture, then when hard, take it out and with an ice cream scoop, scoop balls of it and roll it in the coconut.
