How to make damaged hair healthier

Basically a hot oil treatment with everyday products. I'm doing this regularly to prepare and repair my hair for blonde (: hope you enjoy! ❤ Comment if you have any questions (:

You'll also need a cup and a teaspoon.

2 full teaspoons of coconut milk into cup

2 full teaspoons of soy renewal into cup. Then mix.

A layer of the oil should cover just the bottom of your cup. Trust me, this will cover short to mid length hair!  Hair past your chest may need an extra  teaspoon of each product.

Put in microwave for 30 - 50 seconds.

Put all of the oil on dry hair, starting with your dead ends and most damaged section, then work to roots. I usually keep it on for 30-45 minutes. Do this BEFORE you shower or wash your hair.

After you're done letting it soak, of course wash your hair VERY WELL; use any other products you desire and style as you like! If you like this guide, I suggest doing this once or twice a week. (:

You can also do this before you dye or chemically process your hair. (not right before of course but like a night in advance) & Enjoy healthy hair! (:
